Ikoyi to Isheri: over the bridge and north

From Ikoyi, take Osborne or Falomo across to Lagos Island, then the Third Mainland Bridge, Ikorodu Road to Ojota, and the Lagos to Ibadan Expressway north to the Isheri and OPIC exit.

Realistically that is forty five minutes to an hour and a half. We plan around it, grouping appointments so that you are not crossing the bridge for something that takes ten minutes.
